Jade Ocean Oceanfront Condominium of Sunny Isles

Carlos Ott's latest creation; this will become his signature condo project in the United States.

Jade Ocean Condo will have features unlike any other oceanfront condominium in Miami or in throughout the US.

From the outside, all you will see is glass. The condo structure of this 51 story tower is supported by columns in your residence, which also give it another sense of dimension. By opening the different floor plans, you will see “circles” showing the layout of these columns.

The lobby will be on the east side, right on the beach. In other words, from Collins Ave, you will drive around the tower, and the valet will be waiting for you by the ocean. On the street (west) side of the building, 6 cascading waterfalls, will impress all onlookers.

Jade Ocean Condo also features a pool designed to have sun light from sunrise to sunset. Unlike most other Miami oceanfront condos, during the afternoon hours the sunlight is obstructed by the tower, and there is only shade. Here, you will always have sun light no matter what time of day. There will be one sundeck on the east side, and another on the west side. A large swimming pool will flow under the tower to combine the sundecks. You will always have sun at some point of the pool, whether you decide to go swimming in the morning or afternoon.

No other oceanfront condo has ever been designed this way.
