St. Regis Bal Harbour Condo

***UPDATE***
Construction at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort has greatly intensified since the topping off of all three 27-story towers in February. As of July 20, concrete structural work was declared complete in all three towers. By early fall, all concrete work on the property, including water features and planters, is expected to be finished. The framing of the hotels porte cochre is also complete, and the North and South pool decks are in various stages of completion. Turning our attention to the Residences, door, window, and balcony rail installation is 100% complete in the Center and North towers from floors four through twenty-seven. In the South Tower, doors and windows have been installed up to the twenty-fifth floor, and balcony rail work on the twenty-second floor of this tower is also complete. Drywall, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and low-voltage installation work is also well underway in all three towers at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort.
